Overwatch не стала главной игрой года на Golden Joystick Awards 2016

Вот и завершилось вручение 34-й ежегодной премии Golden Joystick Awards, лауреатов которой выбирали непосредственно сами геймеры.

И да, Overwatch от Blizzard Entertainment сумела-таки урвать целых пять «Золотых джойстиков» (больше чем кто-либо другой из соперников) в различных категориях, но только не в самой главной. Неумолимые пользователи решили, что почётного звания «Игры года» достойна исключительно неумолимая Dark Souls 3 от FromSoftware. При этом любопытно отметить, что предыдущая Dark Souls II также выиграла в этой номинации в 2014-м году.

Награда за пожизненные достижения досталась гейм-директору The Legend of Zelda Эйдзи Аонуме (Eiji Aonuma), а Лара Крофт попала в местный Зал славы.
